Jash Sandhu

Having been raised around the world, Jash's global palette has indulged in various international cuisines. From diving in the warm tropical waters off Dubai, trekking through the mountains of Mongolia, cruising on a motorcycle through Cuba and sipping beverages on patio's in Moscow, Jash's upbringing and travels have allowed him to experience delectable cuisine and services, enhancing his vast scope of talents and steering him into the hospitality business.

Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce honours degree from the renowned Hotel & Restaurant Management School at the University of Guelph, and through his practical experience, he has developed big picture leadership. This was shown through his supervision of operations achieving a high degree of satisfaction from esteemed guests at an exclusive resort in the Rockies.

Jash being an individual of entrepreneurial passion, created Rasoi [kitchen] to offer guests an opportunity to indulge in a cuisine he has grown up with, while utilizing the beautiful ingredients of Western Canada. During spare moments he is either cruising on his motorbike or often found snowboarding and fending off bears in the Rockies.
